In time for those beach vacations or vicarious vacations, the remaining eight seasons of this sunnier, more comedic version of the British detective series has arrived on the niche streamer Acorn TV.  Set in the South of France, the crime drama is built around a female “Police Commandant” (Candice) who’s work intertwines with her role as a divorced mom to four kids. The series (and Candice) took a 10 year break and kicked up again  with Season 7, and now 8 and 9 have arrived in the U.S. for your summer binge watching needs.
