When it comes to working out, sometimes the best way to start is with a simple cardio workout. The Cardio Collection is a series of eight different cardio workouts that vary in terms of difficulty. Some of the workouts included are kickboxing, beginner cardio, and toning and conditioning. It’s a solid start to building a cardio routine into your day and to determine what kind of cardio you like doing.

Jane Fonda’s Workouts

When it comes to home workouts Jane Fonda is still the queen. (There’s a reason she looks so good at 84!)   Back in the 1980s, gyms tended to be dominated by men, so Fonda wanted to find a way for women to have a quality workout from the comfort of their own home. Her workouts are designed for beginners to more advanced students, so if you’re still fairly new to cardio, this is a great place to start. They might look dated now, but that’s part of the fun. If you’ve ever wanted to work out in a neon leotard, this video is for you!
