PBS delivers a fresh adaptation of the classic 18th century British novel by Henry Fielding, the four-part Masterpiece series follows an illegitimate orphan who, at 20, falls in love with his heiress neighbor, despite getting lured away by the many temptations in his path. Ted Lasso’s Hannah Weddingham co-stars in the saucy period drama that should tie over fans of the genre before the upcoming Bridgerton spinoff, Queen Charlotte.
