The Institute
An eerie psychological thriller based on Stephen King’s 2019 novel, The Institute follows a group of teens with telekinetic talents who are kidnapped and trapped in a secret facility. Tackling themes of power, control, and resistance, the eight-episode MGM+ series has been compared to Stranger Things and X-Men, but with King also producing, expect a more grounded and emotional plot – one that raises thought-provoking questions.
